Photography By Ski offers three options for wedding photography.  This page is an overview of what each option contains.  It goes without saying that your wedding day is very important.  And that’s why it is important that you choose a professional photographer instead of having a relative take your wedding day photos.

 

It’s also important to understand that you must be able to work with whatever photographer you choose.  Like Malcom Gladwell writes in his book Blink, you will know as soon as you meet your photographer (or anyone for that matter) whether you will be able to get along with them.  This cannot be more true than for your wedding photographer. 

 

A word of warning:  be aware of photographers who boast about being certified or who have won awards.  Remember that awards are given out based on the judge’s opinions (which may not align with yours).  Certifications are similar but in addition to having to present images to be judged, a test is required as well. It is critical that you consider that photographer’s attitude and portfolio above all else.  Photography By Ski has decided not to be certified because we believe that you need to evaluate us based on attitude, customer service, quality of work and our portfolio.

 

The Platinum Package

Engagement, bridal and family portrait session;  1 - 20"x24" framed canvas portrait; 1-11x14 engagement portrait; 1-8x10 bridal portrait; up to 6 hours of coverage on your wedding day; slide show on DVD;  and a photo allowance of $1,500 (which can be used towards prints or albums).

The Gold Package

Engagement, bridal and family portrait session; 1 - 16"x20" framed canvas portrait; 1-11x14 engagement portrait;  1-8x10 bridal portrait; up to 5 hours of coverage on your wedding day; slide show on DVD; and a photo allowance of $1,250 (which can be used towards prints or albums).

The Silver Package

Engagement, bridal and family portrait session;  1 - 11"x14" framed canvas portrait; 1-8x10 engagement portrait;  1-8x10 bridal portrait; up to 4 hours of coverage of wedding day; slide show on DVD;  and a photo allowance of $1,000 (which can be used towards prints or albums).

Previews

Your images will be uploaded to a password protected web site for viewing.  You will have total control of who has access to your password.  Photography By Ski will not give the password out to anyone who calls our office.

Hours of Coverage

Coverage begins one hour prior to the wedding ceremony unless otherwise notified.  Overtime will be $100 per half hour pending availability.

 

We Offer Gallery Lay-Flat Albums

These albums lay perfectly flat when open.  Each page is about the thickness of artboard and has rounded corners.  Albums included in the packages include a premium leather cover (available in 14 colors - black, brown, burgundy, tan, white, forest, green, gold, orange, red, magenta, pink, light blue and sky blue).  Imprinting is available.  Your choice of album size of 12x12 or 10x10.  Premium leather album covers are made from the highest quality imported leather and are hand made using a single piece construction.
